Search LibreOffice Maintenace Service from the list, right click on it and select properties, if running shut it down. Select Not in use for Start method in the dropdown box, click Appy, Ok and close the window. Right clik on the taskbar and select Taskmanager, select the Startup Applications tab, select LibreOffice, right click and disable.
