The disc shown in post #8 is what Dell provides to re-install Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit in Dell computers. It installs only the operating system, so you need to install the drivers afterwards for its primary devices (chipset, graphics, audio, ethernet, etc.). I believe both of those 7010’s have an Intel 82579LM gigabit ethernet device.
