India, one of the largest importers of Russian oil products, is poised to sharply cut imports of oil from the Russian Federation in order to comply with new sanctions imposed yesterday by the U.S. Treasury Department against Russia’s two largest oil companies, Rosneft and Lukoil, according to Reuters.
