Azerbaijan’s foreign trade performance continued to show resilience and strategic diversification in the first nine months of 2025, with notable increases in turnover across both regional and continental partners. According to the latest figures from the State Customs Committee, total trade with Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries exceeded $5.4 billion, marking a significant 11.7% year-on-year increase.

@SteveManallack @matsanders99 That is an excellent question. Maybe there is the fear that if we don’t give them free weapons Ukraine will be conquered and the war will escalate to the point that we are in the frontline also. So they are mainly preventive actions for further spreading of the war.
