Sorry, not really. In your example you would have 20 “kwh” (kilo watt *hours*) capacity in your battery – not 20 “kw” which is only effect, not saying how long it can sustain it. A 20 kwh capacity battery may only support up to, say, 1 kw effect at any given moment.
