The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide a long-term loan of up to 80 million dollars for the design, construction, and operation of the 315 MW Banka Solar solar photovoltaic plant in Neftchala district in the east of Azerbaijan, Azernews reports.
