I noticed their Customer Service has been outsourced to India. So far, my experiences with them have been ok, although their English is rather stilted. If I need to talk to someone from the US, what is the fastest way to get in touch with their US support? Anyone found a way or is it just saying “I need to speak to your supervisor” when you talk to the outsourced customer service?
