↘️ Petraeus also said that next year Russia’s National Welfare Fund will be completely depleted of financial resources, so now is the time for Europe and America to impose new sanctions.

If we punish those who enable the continuation of the war and back Ukraine even more strongly than before, it will change the dynamics on the battlefield. After that, Putin will finally understand that this is a war he cannot continue. He will then have to seriously negotiate how to end the hostilities.”
