The report says the drones could be concealed in shipping containers aboard commercial ships before being launched from international waters towards either France, Spain or Italy. The Gerbera is a small Russian-made drone with a reported range of up to 600 kilometres. The report added that that it could potentially be used to damage exposed infrastructure or disrupt operations at ports or airports. Russia has not commented on the reports.
